HW: Pg102-104 #1-13

Today: We went over the handout problems. I tried to explain how a proof works...like, there is logic involved, but there is much more. First, you must have the definitions, postulates, properties, and theorems MEMORIZED. Second, you must read and understand the given and prove statements while looking at the diagram. Without the diagram, those statements are VERY hard to digest. Third, make a plan for the proof. Is this like another proof? ...TBC... I gotta go...

Focus on the exercises and proofs in section 2-5.

QUIZ this Wednesday: Covers sections 2-3 and 2-4. Look over your HW from those sections. The quiz questions will not vary too much from those found in the sections!

TEST on Friday: All proofs. Do as many as possible. You will have practice in HW, handouts, and the examples in the book. Be prepared to prove any of the theorems in the chapter. The proof strategies do follow a pattern for a few different types. Study all the proofs from sections 2-4 to 2-6 (the examples, exercises, handouts, notes).
